On Demand!

Videos will vary in length, from a few minutes up to 60 minutes. Get in a quick but effective workout, or challenge yourself to learn a piece of dance choreography, all in the comfort of your own home. For shorter workouts, feel free to repeat the exercises for a second round if you have time.

While the studio is closed, teachers are filming from their own devices and the formats may differ slightly. Once we can open the studio, we will record all Pink Online videos from there in the same format. Thank you for your patience. When you open a video, there will be an icon in the bottom right to make the video full screen.
