We have two Baby Friendly classes on our schedule! We would love to have you and your little one join us.
BARRE: MONDAYS 1PM: A continuous flow of movement incorporating elements of barre, pilates, and strength-based fitness to get the heart rate up and get your body moving.
The perfect blend of slow strength, sweaty beats, and shaking your butt! All fitness levels (lots of options and modifications).
POWER PILATES: FRIDAYS 1PM: This pilates class incorporates LIIT (low impact interval training), barre and pilates exercises to give you a full body strength workout. All fitness levels (lots of options and modifications)
